Visiting La Push, Washington

After stopping at Ruby Beach, we continued up the coast to La Push. None of us had ever been up there before, so we were interested in seeing what was there! I'd always heard it was really pretty up there.

The weather was pretty warm and the fog hadn't made it up the coastline yet. There wasn't very many people here either, which was really nice! Ruby Beach was so extremely crowded it was nice to be able to just walk around and take pictures without tons of people in the way.

We didn't stay for too long, since we still had a two hour drive back to my grandparents house. But it was fun walking around and checking the place out!

  1. Fun!! Super embarrassing, but I know of La Push from the first Twlight movie! Eeek! It looks a lot prettier on your blog though! (It was pretty grey and sad in the movie.) La Push is pretty dead in the movie too (I think they comment on that--something like, "Don't invite Edward, it will be too crowded" and then next shot is this completely desolate beach), so it's funny that it wasn't crowded when you guys were there either.

  2. Haha! I think that's how everyone outside of Washington state knows it! There's really nothing there. Definitely not a popular spot to visit except for Twilight fans! It is super pretty though!
Thanks! It's not typically this sunny in that area, so it was really nice to catch it on a good day!
